FX5 Cinema Reference is an independent educational app for Sony FX5 owners. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or provided by Sony.
The app stores a first-use acknowledgement, locally saved reference markers, Shoot Prep check marks, optional notes, Shot Builder plans, LUT Workflow Planner data, and related app state on your device to provide core functionality. This information is not used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and it is not transmitted by the app.
The initial release does not require user accounts and does not use location access or tracking, advertising, remote analytics, contacts, camera access, microphone access, cloud synchronization, payment data, third-party telemetry, or an in-app support database.
FX5 Cinema Reference is sold through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the purchase; the app does not collect or receive a customer’s payment-card information.
When a user chooses to contact support, the app opens the user’s chosen email application. Information included in that email is handled by the user’s email provider and the publisher’s email service, rather than collected by the application itself.
Users can clear locally stored reference markers, check marks, notes, and planning data from the Settings screen. For privacy questions, email app-support@highdefinternational.tv. Do not send confidential production material or personal information you do not wish to share by ordinary email.
